How do you ship?
We do not own our own freight company. All orders are sent via a third party supplier. Predominately we use Direct Freight Express, however we sometimes freight using TNT, Aramex or local providers
Can I use my own Courier Account?
Sure, we can provide dimensions for you to arrange shipping on your account.
Does my order come in one delivery?
Sometimes you may receive more than one delivery depending on whether your goods are coming from our store or our warehouse. You will be provided with a traking number from each shipment.
Am I advised of shipping?
Yes you will receive a text and an email, with tracking number so you may keep updated about your order
How long from when I place order to when it is shipped?
If we have the item in stock, most orders are sent within 2 days. If you require item urgently, let us know so we can do our best. Axles are made to order so you will be advised of lead time when placing your order.
How much does shipping cost?
When you place your order online, your shipping costs will be calculated on your postcode of delivery. Please note occasionally we are advised of extra charges by our shipping companies, that were unforseen at time of order. If this is the case we will always contact you to advise. Unforseen charges can include, but not limited to, rural/isolated deliveries, deliveries where a forklift is not available and unloading is required to be done manually.
How do I return a product?
Returns must first be discussed with our Parts team. No returns will be accepted prior to written authorisation. Please email sales@swiftcotrailerparts.com.au   Return is at cost of buyer. All returns must be packed to ensure no damage is caused during return. Returns must be received in original condition, no liability held over claims of damaged in transit.
Price Match
We aggressively price our items and often compare our pricing  to offer you the best value.  We will price match an item from a competitor, but the item must be the exact same brand and model and be in stock. We reserve the right to refuse price matching if the conditions deem it necessary.
